SUMMARY: Ten years after Sunnydale was turned into a crater, Buffy uproots herself from a stable, relatively nice existence at Giles' request when a previously unknown about hellmouth is discovered in Florida. There she has to deal with an inexperienced slayer and encountering someone from her past she hasn’t seen for years.
CHARACTERS/PAIRING: Buffy/Angel, Buffy/OMC implied, Dawn Summers, an OFC slayer, and three little OCs.

NOTES: This was originally started for LJ’s het-bigbang. I, however, did not finish in time. So, when I saw the post for 2011 IWRY Marathon I figured why not? I had to drop out of it last year and I was 20,000 words into this baby.
NOTES 2: I'm borrowing elements from other verses in that people outside of Buffy actually know about the evil baddies and have law enforcement branches devoted to these things. I don't think that's suspending belief in the Buffyverse too much as Mayor Wilkins and Principal Snyder knew, just covered things up. This will be set in the Buffyverse, but Buffy has met people who not only believe in but know full well they're real as well.
