Days of Our Lives

I've been watching Days of Our Lives since 1980. In Chicago the popular soap was All My Children so I was always in the minority in liking it. When I got to college I was in heaven because I finally had others to talk to Days about. My favorite couple is Steve & Kayla, followed by Bo & Hope. I don't much care for the younger couples, and sure wish the writers would realize that these younger folks need a Tom & Alice for their generation. A couple that they can see get through things and work things out. There are obstacles and issues that can be presented aside from cheating or ex-lovers coming into town to drive a wedge between married people.
